2) Search the RapidWeaver forums to see if the same or similar issues have been discussed before

When contacting about an issue, please try to include as much information as possible. Details of web browser versions, screenshots showing problems or links to published websites are always very useful. Unlike other companies, customer support is extended to those who have customised themes or addons. You can forward large files using free services such as DropBox.
