2) Search the RapidWeaver forums to see if the same or similar issues have been discussed before

When contacting about an issue, please try to include as much information as possible and be clear about the problem being encountered. Details of web browser versions, screenshots showing problems or links to published websites are always very useful. Unlike other companies, customer support is free and covers themes or addons which have been customised. You can forward large files like themes or RapidWeaver projects using free services such as DropBox.
