Stacks

These stack elements are intended for use with the Stacks plugin by YourHead Software. As of 1st December 2011, live previews, free demo versions and documentation for all ThemeFlood stacks can now be found on the sister website Stacks4Stacks. All of these stacks require RapidWeaver 5.2 and Stacks 2.0. Stacks denoted with a red asterisk ( * ) require a web server with PHP5 support. Please make use of the free demo versions provided, to test stacks for suitability before purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I receive my purchased themes and stacks?
Once a transaction has been processed (normally within a few minutes) you'll be sent an email for each purchased theme or stack. This email will contain instructions and a personal download link generated exclusively for you. It is this download link which you can use to download your purchased themes or stacks with. Download links do not have an expiry time, but are limited to being used a maximum of 9 times (to prevent links being spread virally on public websites or file sharing services). If your download link has expired, then just get in contact with your purchase details and someone here will reset the download link for you.
When will I receive my purchased themes or stacks?
After payment has been received and cleared, download links for purchased themes or stacks are automatically emailed to you. So typically you normally receive download links within a few minutes of a transaction completing. However on rare occasions, a card issuer may delay a transaction further, pending their own security checks or verification. If you have not received download links within a couple of hours, please carefully check your spam or junk mail folders and then get in contact.
Can I try stacks and themes before purchase?
Absolutely, ThemeFlood is one of the only companies that generously makes free demo versions available of all premium RapidWeaver themes and stacks. This means you can download, install and test everything before purchase from the comfort of your own computer. It's a great way to test themes and stacks against real content and demonstrate ideas to friends or clients you may be building websites on behalf of. Then rest assured if you decide to purchase the full versions, there are no nasty surprises! In theme demo versions, navigation links between pages are purposefully broken and example background images are watermarked. In stack demo versions, watermarks may be applied or certain elements are set to hide after a period of time. If you decide to go ahead and purchase any themes or stacks, you'll be sent personal download links which enable you to obtain fully unlocked versions of themes or stacks, without restrictions applied.
Can I delete my Google Checkout / Google Wallet account after making a purchase?
Yes, simply sign in to your account here: https://checkout.google.com/. From the Purchase History page, click Edit Shipping Addresses or Edit Payment Methods, depending on what you would like to delete. Click Delete next to the address or card information that you would like to delete. There is more information about managing your account settings here: http://checkout.google.com/support/bin/topic.py?topic=8952. Please note that once an account is deleted, you will nolonger be able to request a refund or request customer support via the GoogleCheckout website.
Can I pay using PayPal through the website?
As of 1st Sepetember 2011, regretfully PayPal is nolonger accepted as a method of payment for checkout orders placed via this website. There was a sharp increase in the number of fraudulent transactions being made, PayPal customer support is the worst of the worst, there were many occasions when transactions were blocked for no apparent reasons and an ongoing issue with PayPal reselling customer data onto third-party companies (like credit card companies). PayPal were issued with a warning and given an opportunely to improve their level of service, but they failed to meet the standards required by this website.

Many people instead find Google Checkout much safer and simpler to use. Unlike PayPal, Google Checkout is regulated by the FSA (Financial Services Authority) as a financial institution, and provide a far more superior level of customer service and security. Google Checkout also allows you to rate and review purchases, alongside options to contact the seller direct in the event of a problem occuring. Google Checkout supports all major credit and debit cards.
Are other purchase methods available?
It is possible to purchase using PayPal, Google Checkout, cheques from UK bank accounts or direct bank transfer. To facilitate this, please get in contact via email and submit your purchase order form. This purchase order should include your name, address, details of the items you wish to purchase, quantities and any other information (like VAT, billing or purchase order codes) you require printed on the invoice. You will then be issued with the goods and an invoice electronically, which outlines payment methods and stipulates the date payment is required by (normally 30 days). Please note that purchase orders are a legally-binding document, therefore you will be required to pay in full for all themes and stacks ordered.
Is VAT, sales tax or processing fees added to my order?
Because ThemeFlood is a small company and falls below UK £73,000 sales threshold, no VAT or sales tax is currently required to be added onto your order. Therefore unlike some other companies, there are no hidden taxes or fees applied to your order. The price you see in the cart window is the final price you pay. However in some rare circumstances, a few customers have reported being charged a 'distant sales' or 'currency conversion' surcharge by their credit card issuer - if in doubt you should contact your card issuer first to confirm no hidden charges are applied on internet purchases. Completed purchases are normally shown on your credit card statement or bank account as ThemeFlood or 761305852596215
What's the difference between Google Checkout and Google Wallet?
Google Wallet is the new name for Google Checkout. Eventually Google Checkout will be replaced entirely by the rebranded Google Wallet service in 2012. Currently Google Wallet is only operational in a few countries internationally. Google Wallet lets you securely store your credit cards on your smart phone or on the web. Then you can easily pay for goods, simply by swiping your phone at the point of sale using cntactless technology or by signing in to your Google Wallet account on the web and paying in one click. It's widely anticipated that this will become a very popular service, possibly revolutionising the way we pay for goods. Currently ThemeFlood is one of the only RapidWeaver addon companies to embrace this new technology, but it's expected other companies will follow shortly. There is more information about the new Google Wallet service available here: http://www.google.com/wallet/
